"Easy for you to say" is what your probably thinking, but it's easy for You to say and do, it just takes a little mindful exercise. First accept Your goodness. Take the time to appreciate the Beautiful Soul that you are. You will then tend to see the goodness in those around you. We all know how easy it is to find fault with anothers words or actions. Is it because we would have done or said something different than what he/she did? Perhaps, given the circumstances - the way the day went or being mistreated or feeling down, he/she reacted in a manner that isn't customary. We have all spoken words or acted in a manner that we later regret. So here's the soft task to help you accept your goodness, treat it like an experiment and understand that you have the freedom to help yourself learn to accept what you wish to accept. Picture Yourself holding a flower with 5 petals, each petal represents a something you believe to be good about You. Now draw the flower and write each word in one of the petals. Carry this with you for the rest of the day and read what you wrote before going to sleep tonight. With a stronger understanding of your goodness will come a stronger ability to recognize the goodness in others.

Recite these words 3 times a day until you feel you are in touch with the goodness in your heart and spirit.
